Kenneth Okonkwo brags about his sexual prowess, says he can go for 24hrs!

"That is funny, and do you know why? Before Mercy was born, or should I say when she was still in kindergarten, I had already started kissing ladies in movies. So she met me still doing it. Why would her own be different? When you match her good acting skill and my exceptional skill, it comes out natural and people would end up saying is there something going on? Mercy is like a younger sister to me. I am close to her and her husband so it makes me laugh when anybody talks about Mercy and myself in anyway. There can never be a fling between a brother and a sister. We are only professional colleagues.

FG Order For 53 Gold Iphones To Celebrate Independence

A Bristol-born businessman based in Dubai is bracing himself for a flood of orders for iPhones clad not in the gold-effect finish of the new iPhone 5S, but the real stuff.

Amjad Ali supplies royal families, governments, and minted customers across Russia, China and the Middle East with gold-plated devices that cost up to £50,000.

The 42-year-old entrepreneur, who grew up in Glasgow, has

pre-ordered hundreds of new iPhones. His team at Gold and Co. will set to work the day after launch before delivering the devices to luxury retailers.

“We strip the units down and then plate them in copper, nickel and then pure gold,” he told the Independent. “We have limited units per region and each is numbered and placed in a handmade wooden box with a certificate of authenticity and wax seal.”

Ali typically delivers 50 devices a month, including Blackberries and iPads, but orders rose to more than 300 a month when the iPhone 5 was launched last year. The firm expects greater demand still for the sixth-generation device, announced today.

Israel Houghton Produces Hollywood Film: “I’m In Love With A Church Girl.

Reverence Gospel Media, a new production company in Hollywood announced their first feature film,“I’m In Love With A Church Girl” will open domestically on October 18, 2013 and will follow with an international release.  GRAMMY Award Winning Gospel star Israel Houghton serves as producer and contributed to the film’s soundtrack.

The film stars JA Rule as a successful entrepreneur haunted by a criminal past surrounded by old friends who still behave in that former life and finds inspiration through Adrienne Bailon.

Israel states, “We feel extraordinarily blessed to have been able to make this movie and can’t wait to see the impact it has on people’s lives, this is completely unlike any ‘faith-based’ movie anyone has ever seen. The characters face believable situations with real faith in a real God.”

Pastor Donnie McClurkin is lending his voice to the film and says, “I’ve seen this movie, and am both moved and inspired by the story, the characters, and the quality of both movie and music, This is not what people have come to expect from Christian films, and I know it will resonate deeply with viewers – even those who would never have gone anywhere near a movie that touches on the subject of faith.” 

The movie will be distributed in the United States by High Top Releasing.

Controversy looms: I gave birth to Azonto, says Sarkodie

Ghanaian act Sarkodie courts with controversy in a fresh interview granted to a 

UK based radio station in which he claims to be the originator of the famous 

Azonto slang.

He says he was the first to do a free-style recording using the word ‘Azonto’ even before street dance gangs in Ghana worked the dance moves which is featured heavily in Fuse and Wizkid’s very famous ‘Azonto’ singles (Fuse currently gets all the credit for being the first artist to do a song with Azonto).

Sarkodie claims the dance moves and singles from Fuse and Wizkid came after his free-style version was released and became an instant hit…

COUP IN PDP: Atiku, 8 governors float faction, hold separate convention

                           

Nigeria’s ruling Peoples Democratic Party that touts itself as Africa’s biggest party split down the middle today after eight governors and former vice-president, Atiku Abubakar, walked out of the party’s convention ground in Abuja.

Hours later, the splinter-group held a mini convention at the Shehu Yar’Adua Centre and announced officers for its version of PDP, with a former chairman, Abubakar Baraje, from Kwara state emerging the new chairman.

Curiously, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, former governor of Osun State, who was removed by the President Goodluck Jonathan faction as secretary and who has had a long-running legal battle with the Jonathan faction, is the new secretary of the new faction of PDP.

The governors who abandoned the PDP umbrella today are, Governor Sule Lamido of Jigawa state, Babangida Aliyu of Niger State, Murtala Nyako of Adamawa state, Rabiu Kwankwaso of kano state and Ahmed of Kwara State.

The governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi who was expelled by the party, because of the long-running feud with the Jonathans, was also among the new PDP group.

The election of the new officers was at the parallel convention held at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua center in Abuja.

Also elected today as Deputy Chairman was Dr. Sam Jaja, while Binta Kaoje was elected as woman leader.

The mini convention began shortly after the walkout delegates abandoned the party’s special convention, which was being held at the Eagle Square with President Goodluck Jonathan in attendance.

At the other PDP convention, President Goodluck Jonathan promised that the party will continue to provide good governance for Nigeria, adding that the party is unshakeable by any opposition party.

He said the party is not threatened by any opposition mushroom party springing up ahead of the 2015 elections, either registered or yet to be registered, as he urged members of the party to join hands with the administration to chat a new course.

PDP will “become a stronger and renewed party” which will bring hope for the people of Nigeria, he said.

“It is very clear, we are the party destined to take Nigeria to greatness; we are the party that holds the interest of Nigeria dearly at heart.

“We do not pursue divisible policies; we do not preach hate; we reject violence; we reject killings; we recognise Nigeria as one indivisible entity as we deplore ethnic distrust among our great people, for we are one people under one umbrella in this republic”.

He added that the party will restore the hopes and ambitions of Nigerians, not minding class or status, giving hope to the hopeless.

“In the PDP, we fight against poverty, not the poor. In the PDP, we attack destitution, not the destitute. In the PDP, we believe in the tenets of democracy and development; this is who we are.”

He maintained that the ruling party is ready to protect and preserve the unity of the country and fight against those who threaten the nation in whatever circumstance.

EFCC Wants Stephaine Okereke, Others Arrested Over Akpabio's 50m Largesse!!

The Nigerian movie industry otherwise known as Nollywood is poised for a showdown as the Association of Nollywood Core Producers,ANCOP, has petitioned EFCC and SFU over the N50 million largesse donated by Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State to support the industry.

The association is alleging massive fraud in the disbursement of the fund. It has petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) to investigate the matter.

According to a copy of the petition made available to HVP, signed by the association’s President, Comrade Alex Eyengho, the group is asking the agencies to invite the National President of the Association of Movie Producers, AMP, Zik Zulu Okafor, the National President of the Directors Guild of Nigeria, DGN, Andy Amenechi; the Secretary General of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Yakubu Abubakar and actress Stephanie Okereke- Linus Idahosa for obtaining the fund and disbursing it without the consent of the industry’s stakeholders.
Part of the petition dated August 19, 2013 and addressed jointly to the EFCC and SFU, read thus:
“On June 15, 2013, news broke out that some Nollywood stakeholders under the auspices of a non-existent ‘Guild of Nollywood Stars’ visited Governor Akpabio in his office in Uyo for the purpose of collecting the N50 million pledge to Nollywood.

“The Governor presented to the visitors a prototype post-dated (25-06- 2013) Zenith bank cheque number 00063639 with Akwa Ibom State Government as the account name, issued in favour of Guild of Nollywood Stars. “We also gathered that the Governor, in his usual generosity, gave each of the visitors N500, 000 cash. “Expectedly, the massive publicity given to the entire episode by the press generated heated debates. In fact, it polarised the industry till today.
“Suspecting fraud, ANCOP immediately raised the red flag when it queried the use of a non-existent ‘Guild of Nollywood Stars’ to access the N50 million pledge, by those who visited Governor Akpabio.

“We are demanding that you immediately commence a full-blown investigation into the alleged fraudent act over the N50 million Governor Akpabio gave to Nollywood to carry out a specific task but now domiciled in the account of one of the the over 30 associations and guilds in Nollywood…Sir, anything short of this is an invitation to anarchy in Nollywood.”
